Before you book
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes, for the work described. If we open something up and find a different problem, we stop, explain it and give you a revised written quote before carrying on.
How soon can someone come out?
Urgent requests are prioritised the same day wherever the schedule allows. Planned work is usually booked within the week, at a time window that suits you.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes, so we can walk through the problem together. For longer fit-outs we can arrange access with you or your builder.
Can I supply my own tapware or fixtures?
Absolutely. We'll check the parts are suitable before fitting them, and we can suggest reliable options if you'd rather we source them.
